Jumping into the deep end. Here are some very rough learning attempts of woodblock with watercolor. I am using smalll blocks of shina ply from #mcclainsprintmaking with my M.Graham gouache paints and some rice paste on mulberry paper. These are still damp and wobbly. Sharp learning curve for me but I’m enjoying exploring woodblock and watercolor. I have been reading up on Japanese printmaking and playing with this method of printing....so much to learn :)
